NEW STUDIO OPENING WEEKEND 26TH & 27TH JULY

I’m thrilled to welcome you to the opening of my brand new jewellery studio at the beautiful Woolmill in Craigievar! Join me for my first public opening event at my new rural studio, just outside Alford, Aberdeenshire.

STUDIO ADDRESS :

Woolmill, Craigievar, Alford, Aberdeenshire, AB33 8JE

What to expect:

- Live jewellery-making demonstrations

- The chance to browse and shop my handmade collections

- A look at workshop samples and workshops that are coming up

- An opportunity to discuss remodels/commissions you may be interested in

- Entry into a prize draw to win a free workshop space

To keep things safe and smooth (and kind to the neighbours), visits will be by free bookable time slots across both days. This helps us manage parking and keep the single-lane driveway clear - thank you for understanding!

I can’t wait to welcome you to the space and share what I’ve been working on. Whether you’re a jewellery lover, curious about workshops, or just fancy a lovely day out, I’d love to see you there! Refreshments available.

Book your free time slot and come join the celebration by following the link below

Visiting the Studio

The studio is at Woolmill, Craigievar, Alford, Aberdeenshire, AB33 8JE. Please note google maps doesn’t currently recognise the address so please use either apple maps or what three words - ///renew.prompting.resonated

Directions -

Woolmill is situated off the A980. If you are coming from Alford, you will see Craigievar Primary School on the right and we are just past the school on the left. Follow the track down to the bottom of the hill.

If you are coming from Lumphanan, Torphins or Tarland direction, then you will pass the entrance to Craigievar Castle on your left and we are the next entrance on your right, before you reach the school.

Parking -

When you arrive, please park in the courtyard and make your way to the studio. There is ample parking on site, including one disabled access parking space. Please do let me know if you would like to reserve this. Please note that parking is at your own risk, with no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles while parked at Woolmill.

Gardens and Grounds -

Woolmill is a rural property and visiting is entirely at your own risk. Please wear sensible shoes when visiting. Please note that the grounds can be uneven, slippy, overgrown and with ongoing maintenance work taking place. There are frequently deer in the field and long grass around which may harbour ticks. Please avoid going near the pond, river or stream.

Visiting in Adverse Weather -

If you are visiting the studio in wintry conditions, such as snow, ice or heavy rain, please take extra care as conditions underfoot may be slippy. Please wear shoes appropriate for the weather.

Exiting the Property -

Please take extra care on leaving the driveway. The traffic on the road can be fast moving. There is a mirror to assist you but please note it has restricted visibility of the road and traffic can come round the bend very quickly. Please don't rely solely on the view in the mirror. Extra care is needed whether you are turning left or right out the driveway.

Looking forward to welcoming you on your visit.
