Returns Policy

We hope you love your new handcrafted jewellery and silverware. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange of the item purchased (excludes custom orders). Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Please return items to Studio 4/13, Deemouth Business centre, South Esplanade East, Aberdeen, AB11 9PB in order for your return to be processed along with order number or proof of purchase. 

CANCELLATION POLICY (WORKSHOPS)

Please carefully select workshop dates prior to booking to ensure you can attend date booked. Megan Falconer Jewellery and Silverware reserves the right to cancel your course due to unexpected circumstances. If we cancel your workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If you cancel more than two weeks prior to the start of the course, the workshop fee will be refunded minus a £20 administration charge. If you cancel your place less than two weeks before the start of the course, your fees will not normally be refundable. If you are unable to attend the workshop due to illness (including COVID-19 self isolation or following positive test) or personal circumstances, this does not provide the right to a refund or credit. However, in some exceptional circumstances we may offer a full or partial refund. In this instance, we request that you outline the circumstances of your situation via email.
