Intermediate Level Jewellery Making

This 8 week, evening workshop block is suitable for students who have had some previous jewellery making experience. The workshop will allow students to continue their learning and develop further skills in jewellery/silversmithing.

The workshops will run from 5.30-8pm on Wednesdays for 8 weeks starting on Wednesday 18th February 2026 and finishing on Wednesday 8th April 2026.

This 8-week evening workshop is designed for those who have previously attended our classes/have jewellery making experience and are ready to develop their own jewellery projects with guidance and support. Rather than structured lessons, this block offers an open studio environment where you can focus on your individual designs, access professional tools, and receive one-on-one advice tailored to your needs. While no formal tuition or set techniques will be taught, I’ll be on hand to offer help, troubleshoot challenges, and support your creative progress. Students are encouraged to bring their own materials, though a selection will be available to purchase from my stock (subject to availability).

Previous jewellery making experience is essential (day class/short course/intro to jewellery making) as you will be expected to be able to file, saw, solder and clean up pieces.

Workshop Dates:

Wednesday evenings, weekly, from 18th February - 8th April (5.30-8pm)

Workshops are limited to six students to allow optimal teaching experience and one to one time for technical skills.

All you need to bring with you is glasses if you need them for close up work, a sketchbook to take notes and please wear workshop appropriate clothing (no open toe shoes).
